I graduated from Beijing Agricultural University with a BA and a MSc. I started to work on Drosophila when I joined James Castelli-Gair as a research assistant in Cambridge. In James' lab I worked on morphogenesis of posterior spiracle and Drosophila jak/stat pathway receptor Domeless. After joining Helen's lab I have been working on a project to analyse the functions of Teashirt and its paralogue Tiptop during Mpt develop
ment.
