Research Interests

I’m an MPhil student with the research group and broadly my interests lie in the protection of natural resources through understanding the ecological interactions of invasive non-native species (INNS). My previous work has largely been carried out in the US working as a research assistant for the National Park Service on a range of invasive species projects in both terrestrial and freshwater systems. My Masters research aims to examine facilitation and competition in invasive dreissenid mussels through quantifying the interspecific and intraspecific differences in feeding rates and how these relate to potential invader impact.
